How to exchange or return?
If you want to return the purchased goods, you can use the services of the company “Nova Poshta” within 14 days of receiving the order (in accordance with the law “On Consumer Protection”).
To take advantage of this opportunity, please make sure that:
• The product has not been used and there are no traces of use;
• The goods are fully completed and the integrity of the packaging is not violated;
• All labels and factory markings are saved

There are 2 return options:
You can return the product without leaving the New Post Office.
Payment upon receipt is made only after inspection of the product, if the product does not fit, tell the branch operator about it and the parcel will be returned.

You will return the product within 14 days of receipt
You can return / exchange items in the order or the entire order upon receipt. Let us know about it in a way convenient for you: by phone, write to e-mail or chat, Viber, Messenger on the site.

To return the product, send it to us by filling out a return application.
Returns of products after receipt are made at the expense of the sender, after sending it is necessary to inform us of the invoice number.

To make an exchange in the application you do not need to fill in passport data and invoice details, after sending the parcel, please tell us the invoice number and article of the product with the size to be replaced.

What do you need to indicate in the application for a refund?

• Name
• The order number
• Privatbank card number, if the card of another bank, for technical reasons, we need full account details in the new format (IBAN, TIN, MFI)
• Reason for return
• Article
• The amount of funds to be returned (the exact amount can be clarified by phone number of the online store _______________ or in a way convenient for you via messenger)

The money is returned within 3-5 working days from the moment of receipt to the warehouse, only to the cards of Ukrainian banks.
